When I rang up to book my facial I was advised that one was no longer available so they would swap for one in its place. When I arrived I was told I had to pay extra. Now gift cards have expiry of 3 years so why should I have to pay extra when it’s u who don’t offer that treatment anymore and why at booking was I not told. It put me off right from the start and reason I wouldn’t choose to come back.
