I went for a Signature Facial and was really looking forward to it as it was Mothers Day gift. Ended up having a Winter facial as the girl really didnt want to do the Signature and talked about the winter one so much it made me feel bad to say no. Bed wasnt made, felt messy and nothing was prepared. Whilst the girl was a bit friendly she was really inexperienced at how to make people feel relaxed, she was rushing everything, it just felt like I was in the way and she couldnt wait for this to end, not relaxing at all, my face felt nice afterwards as the products were nice and smelt good, but the overall experience was bad, not relaxing, massage way too hard and way too fast with everything she done, just rushing everything from the second she started, wont go back.

Big thanks to the wonderful lady who did my facial she was so lovely,as for the other staff members can’t say the same they were rude and ignorant..My treated was paid for by a giftcard & definitely not worth the month my friends paid,couldn’t see the difference from a normal facial to the deluxe spa facial yet the price differs greatly.. Do yourself a favor and support ladies that do it from home because these salons are ripping you off!

Paid for dermalogica treatment for 60 min and received 45 min with yuva products and the person I asked for was changed with no notification. The speakers were broken. The bed with warm blanket was nice

The service I got today was average. I do not believe it was worth the money I paid for it and am quite disappointed. I could have got a better pedicure elsewhere for half the price I paid. Will not be going back for a pedicure here.

I received a massage from the North Lakes salon which unfortunately wasn’t very relaxing. The staff were lovely and the environment was very relaxing (minus the dodgy music speaker) however this is where it ended. The massage started with hot towels on the feet followed by inhaling essential oils which was a promising start to the 40min massage. The therapist gave me what felt like a deep pressure massage rather than a relaxing Swedish massage with gentle to medium pressure which was discussed prior to the treatment commencing. The pressure was that firm the massage table was creaking. The therapist did not ask if the pressure was ok at the start of the massage. Halfway through the massage I had to ask the therapist to apply a lighter pressure which she did for maybe 2 further movements and continued to be extremely firm again. The technique with what felt like elbows pressing into my spine was very uncomfortable also. I didn’t enjoy ending the experience laying on my back with added oil spread to my hair for an unwanted face and 30second head massage as nice as the thought is, it should have ended with either the back, legs or feet. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience unfortunately. I felt more tense and sore post the massage and relived no stress or tension. Again, the therapists in the store were lovely just the treatment itself was a let down.
