I know it's part of the standard process because itbhapoens every time I go there, but when I go for a relaxation facial/massage I don't feel like getting grilled on what cleanser I use etc. then once the treatment finishes and I am in a relaxed blissful state (still with no clothes on, the therapist raises the bed to tell me about and sell me some products that were used during the facial . Umm let me get dressed first? Once again it wasn't her I know it's standard process. Also mid way throughout the Facial asking me if I want to pay $20 extra for an extra mask umm no thanks

I had an essential pedicure and walked away thinking i do that at home. i didnt get the foot peel added but do expect from a foot exfoliation and buff that flaky dry skin would be removed. Morr attwntion could have been paid to the cuticles and buffing of the toe nails you can see imperfections through the polish. My legs didnt get exfoliated either. On a positive side the lady was lovely i had a heat pack for my shoulders she did a good massage but i do feel the ladies at some of the asian nail places do a way bettwr job at foot exfoliation. And.....i went in an hr pruor to myappointment to check when it was and when i returned the lady did not remember me nor did she after i filled out the form and returned it. Im sure their spa treatments are better right?

I always have the eyes trio, & usually the treatment is around 40-50 minutes. This visit the treatment was for 20 minutes! It felt very rushed, so for this reason I will not be returning again.

2nd worst massage I have ever had, im a regular client and this is by far the worst experience I have had while visiting one of your stores. The girl didn’t know what she was doing, gave me what felt like an Indian burn on my back. Walked out feeling tenser then when I walked in. Not the service I expect for 89 dollars.

I was disappointed in the massage I received. most places I go for a massage your hour starts from when you are on the massage bed and ready, however my hour started when I walked in the door and included the consultant going through my history. Also massage included hot stones that were not hot. All up felt like I only received a 30 min massage.
