My beauty consultant was very good however there was some communication breakdown with the services I had asked for. This ended up costing me more than expected. I feel the products are very expensive although I appreciate that they are of excellent quality. I also feel that, as with many beauty salons I have been to, the push to sell products and services continues until I leave the salon. This really puts me off a return visit. I go to feel relaxed but can't help but feel tense about the up sell all the time.

Very relaxing, liked the brow shape, pleasant consultant, not over bearing, reception booked me in for walk-in appointment with only 30min wait, helpful advice for my questions, no hard sell.

My 'indulgence' was rushed, the staff member came across as stressed and was a bit rough with the microdermabrasion. I have had the same treatment before with a much better experience. Unfortunate.

My appointment was booked in for 6pm (which was confirmed via text message) when I arrived I was told that they had me booked in at 610pm. I was then not seen until 640pm, I was only informed at 630pm, that the young lady which was running late (I do not have a problem with this), however the communication of the running late was not acceptable. I was provided with a gift at the end to apologies. The young girl that completed my treatment was lovely and did a great job.

My experience at Pure Indulgence as a business it meets the basic requirements of a business providing services, with a challenge for Saturday bookings. My Therapist was excellent , she had a in-depth knowledge of Anatomy,Body Systems , the companies stock/ products and I did I received a professional and person centred service .

Unfortunately when I got my eyebrows waxed, my skin was evidently red and raw after the first waxing. My technician went back over my raw skin a second time with the wax which has now left me with red marks all over my eyebrow area. I think it would be best if we were asked how we’re going as most people aren’t comfortable speaking up.
