My therapist was lovely the products and treatment were very professional and relaxing. However I was in the front room within the reception area and could hear everything and every word spoken by the receptionists. It didn’t really have that day spa vibe about it. No cup of water offered before or after treatment and also my therapist was running 6 minutes late but did make up the time. The salon felt very covid safe which I appreciated.
