I could hear the music/bass from the store next door. Maybe making an agreement on volume with the neighbouring store would create a more relaxing/peaceful environment.

A little annoyed as a regular customer to find that, for the second time in four visits, they had neglected to book in my extras (eye lash tint & brow sculpt). Twice they could not do it at the time & requested I come back later in the day. Not good enough. More attention needs to be paid when booking the next appointment instead of constantly trying to upsale! As a regular there I will purchase things when I require them & the continual push to sell more to me when I spend quite a substantial amount on treatments as it is is getting to be annoying.

I attended for my usual brow/lip/chin wax which was professionally done, as always, by my usual therapist. I have rated professional advice low as I did not require any. I do have a couple of observations - the stools in the waiting area are far too low to allow for us older ladies to arise easily, once your knees get higher than your hips - groan! Also, I can buy a five for six service but that large outlay is not always possible on the pension, is it possible to implement have five similar treatments - get one free. Thoroughly enjoy my visits to Pure Indulgence at North Lakes.

The whole atmosphere was nice, I'm used to something smaller and more personal so it was a change for me to adjust too. The treatment room was absolutely freezing. There was a warming blanket to lay on but wasn't enough to warm me up, I did let the beautician know I was cold but she just agreed with me that it was cold! Also the music played in the treatment room sounded like interference so I did find that a little challenging and not very relaxing. I will be back and see how it goes next time. Thanks
