The girl I had this time was a bit rough with applying and taking off the g string wax. It was more painful then normal and it was noticed that night that I had bruising along my pelvis area from were she pulled the wax strips off. I've had many good experiences from pure indulgence so I will come again but I wont chose the girl I had this time round.

I was left waiting for over 10 minutes before any word of apology and no offer of anything while I waied. I was finally taken after 17 minutes with a very feeble apology.

My appointment didn’t start on time, which was frustrating. I booked a signature facial, which was a gift. The therapist didn’t use the steam on me, which is pretty standard in a facial. While I enjoyed the quality of the products used and the therapist was lovely, the massage was certainly not luxurious. I got the feeling that the therapist was quite inexperienced in this type of facial and particularly massage. Overall, the experience was disappointing considering it cost my family $145. Definitely not up to your usual high standard. I would also like to mention that I am tired of the constant upsell of products and packages.

I got a facial. However, the person talked the entire time and I couldn’t relax. I think it would have been a more enjoyable experience if she had let me relax and unwind

I was happy with the pressure and quality of the massage and facial, however, my therapist started 10mins late, and left the room a few times throughout treatment. For a 90 min appointment, I think I would only have had 70 mins of actual treatment time. I did feel a little pressured into purchasing products too. She was friendly and very good at what she does.
