Visited pure indulgence for a facial. The overall experience was disappointing. The facial wasn’t relaxing the therapist was too rough and pressed quite hard around the eye area. As the mask was setting I could hear the therapist cleaning up and changing the bins out which wasn’t relaxing at all. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting again.

Receptionist very rude with my daughter. My daughter was upset, However very professional the staff that attended my daughter and myself. Unfortunately my daughter won’ comeback to this store at North Lakes. The staff’s nane is Ashley. Please encourage the receptionist to be kind with customers

Very disappointed with the outcome of my treatment. My eyebrow shape has gone from arched to straight (ugly), my eyelashes are still feeling cloggy, and unlike prior treatments where mineral powder was applied to reduce redness, I walked out with red eyelids and awful blob eyebrows 😭

I have had a few different people massage me here lately. The girls are lovely, very nice; however, the actual massage is terrible. I went in because I had a pain in both legs from running / exercise. On three separate occasions I asked the girls to massage my ham strings; however, every single time - they wouldn't go above my knee!! it's crazy, every other massage place happily rub peoples legs above the knees - even physios do this. Also, the massage was so 'gentle' it was terrible - even after I asked for a firm massage. My feet were washed - but not massaged - on all three occasions - this is strange because a few years ago you used to massage my feet all the time. Also - you're way to expensive. $99 - every other massage outlet is $55-65 per hour. I really like pure indulgence but you need to change with the times. Luke.

I was really looking forward to a massage for my husband and I. I went first and I could barely feel the therapist. I felt more poked and prodded at rather than a relaxing massage. It really was one of the worst massages I have had and we have regular massages. I couldn’t let my husband go through with his massage based on my experience. For $105 I really would have expected a more experienced therapist and a better experience.
