Therapist was lovely and the treatment was nice. Unfortunately it didn’t seem to last as long as the treatment time advertised. The room was great, would possibly recommend therapist sharing any comments on the clients skin post facial that they picked up on.

I was giving voucher so treated myself. The lady I had appointment with was nice and did a nice job. I would have given her 10 stars if she didn’t push to sell more services even after saying this was a treat and not within reach financially which I said to her. I just wanted to enjoy the appointment not have a sales pitch. Regrettably I gave in cause I’m a softy and paid in advance for my next service on zip pay. I felt stressed about it instantly. We then had car issues that was going to be a big cost to fix. So I needed that money. I called asking for my appointment to be cancelled and a refund. After 2 phone calls it was arranged. Manager wasn’t available when I could get there to do the refund so it was organised to go in on an arranged afternoon and she told me assistant manager Ashley can do it but isn’t sure on how to do the refund but can call her to talk her through it. On arrival Ashley asked if I did what I was meant to do and call zip pay to get instructions on how to refund. I said no the manager said you can call her for instructions. I was never asked to do that. She had so much attitude. Slamming things around the desk, constantly sighing and making me feel like the biggest inconvenience ever. I was frantically trying to google how to do it. Eventually I found how to get it sorted. It was done. But I did not appreciate how unprofessional Ashley was and how much attitude she gave me. Left a very bad feel for this place and I would never go back. I even told my husband if you ever get me a beauty voucher never get me one from pure indulgence. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the assistant manager.

I was a little disappointed. The service felt rushed and sloppy. A lot of wax remained on the legs. After showering that night I noticed how many patches remained untouched. Either the hair was not removed or the hair was just snapped, so a lot of patches are prickly. I don't feel the service has been provided to a satisfactory level. Being in an out within 15 minutes for 3/4 leg wax seems too quick. Normally I have no issues with the services provided by this location and provide positive feedback, but in this instance I cannot. In hindsight, I should of waited for an appointment with Ashleigh (as she is fantastic!), but the service was required sooner rather than later.

The brazillian I had last night was a painful experience. The technician repeatedly applied wax to my labia and then ripped it off with the other wax. When I got home I discovered that my labia now has little blood blisters all over it. Usually the labia is held out of the way by the disposable Gstring but last night this was not the case. This has never happened at your salon before.
