The staff member who did the service I booked in for was so lovely and polite however the staff member who greeted me on arrival wasn’t as friendly and a bit blunt. The service itself which was a massage was fantastic. Would go back again.

I did notice when I told the therapist that I would not be purchasing any skin care products (I only booked in for a brow wax) her demeanour changed and she was not quite as friendly anymore. I understand it is part of the therapists' job to try and sell each client retail but it should not be expected that every single customer can/ will be upsold. I also noticed that the cleanliness and presentation of the treatment room was not up to the same standard as previous visits I have had to the North Lakes salon. There were tint stains on the cabinetry, the floor needed a good vacuum, the towels on the bed looked old and were threading and the fake flower sitting on the bench would have been better off not being there it was in such poor shape.

The consultant was fabulous - a very beautiful treatment. Just a little disappointed with the attention to detail as far as payments were concerned as I had arranged the treatment as a birthday present for a friend at the same time and although I told the receptionist at the time we arrived that I was to pay for the extras, she charged my friend as she was at the counter first.

The actual experience while there was not the issue, the problem was the polish did not dry, it was still tacky when I went to bed and the next morning while it felt dry after wearing my joggers for my morning walk once removing my socks it had taken some of the polish off,
