I know it's part of the standard process because itbhapoens every time I go there, but when I go for a relaxation facial/massage I don't feel like getting grilled on what cleanser I use etc. then once the treatment finishes and I am in a relaxed blissful state (still with no clothes on, the therapist raises the bed to tell me about and sell me some products that were used during the facial . Umm let me get dressed first? Once again it wasn't her I know it's standard process. Also mid way throughout the Facial asking me if I want to pay $20 extra for an extra mask umm no thanks
