As ever, I found Renee to be the epitome of a professional, yet warm beautician. I always feel that I am in the hands of someone who is genuinely interested in finding out and working on my own specific issues. Yet, I never feel pressured into buying any products or services - it just makes sense for me to follow her advice. I'd like to think I am rather special, but I'm pretty certain that she treats all her clients with the same attention. I always look forward to my appointments with her, and am never disappointed when I leave. That's saying quite a bit.
