Melanie was absolutely amazing when listening to my concerns and skincare needs. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my treatment. She had a super bubbly and friendly demeanour. I look forward to my future treatments and know my skincare is in great hands.

I have been using pure indulgence for years and am a big fan of the Yuva products. I’ve been to two of their other salons and have recently been going to North Lakes since relocating to the North side. Since going to North Lakes, I have be come disappointed in the service. Generally treatments are quite good and have no complaints there. In 6 months, I’ve been contacted the morning of most of my appointments to be asked if I could change it, or been told I’ll have to pick between my treatments because staff have called in sick. I have come to expect a call the day of my appointments now and while appreciate there are precautions due to COVID, I wouldn’t have expected this to be happening nearly every appointment. It does have me wondering if there is an issue with management/absenteeism. Given this seems to happen nearly every Saturday, I am wondering why there are not provisions in place, which would also save the reception staff trying to call so many clients to change appointments the morning of. As a customer I have begun to feel like I’m having to constantly move my schedule last minute to suit them. My last appointment for facial I had mentioned I was keen to have a peel included and this didn’t even up happening and wasn’t explained to me why not. I know this would not be under the control of staff there, but the reception/waiting area is often very cramped with chairs and tables and crowded with people. Which doesn’t make it the most relaxing vibe when you arrive for your treatment. Just wanted to share this more general feedback.
