Paid for a 60 min massage but was in and out in 50 mins It felt like the person massaging me must have been on her phone or something as she kept pausing for a period of time while massaging me one handed throughout the massage

Was really not impressed with the polish application. Everything else was fine, I think the therapist needs their shellac application reviewed. I attached a photo to show what I mean. The entire nail isn't covered and the fact I'm paying for shellac I expect a perfect finish. I always go to Pure Indulgence Indoorpilly but this has severely put me off. I am a beauty therapist myself at a different Pure Indulgence.

Today I arrived late for my waxing apt due to long distance I travel and lack of easy parking at the shopping centre so the girl could only fit in half my waxing mostly because she was then slow starting and very slow at the actual waxing I thought. They said they would contact me if they had a cancellation but I was already back at home a few hours later when they did and it is over an hour's drive for me so I asked if I could then book in for the leg wax next week and she said yes but I would have to pay because I didn't get it on the same day as the Brazilian which is what my series booking is for.....how could it possibly make a difference which day this occurs on and in the past when they stuffed up and didn't include the two add ons in my daughter's gift facial from me they were happy to do them on a different day even though part of my series. I also have in the past been kept waiting past my apt time but didn't penalise them. I and my family have spent a lot of money at this salon and I am terribly unhappy with my treatment today having been a loyal client and referred many to the salon but will be on the lookout for somewhere new to spend my hard earned dollars in future.

I booked my mum in for a Mother’s Day treat. This is the feedback she provided to me and thought it would be worth forwarding on. The therapist unfortunately talked constantly during the treatment which didn’t make it relaxing. Although she was very friendly but talked constantly about herself. She also massaged around the breast area without asking which made my mum feel uncomfortable. Microdermabrasion wasn’t done and nothing equivalent was performed instead. No peel was used. Overall, my mum was disappointed in the experience.

Facial and eyebrow wax were great, massage was good, but really not happy with the pedicure I received. The nail shape, cuticle work and polish to finish were really disappointing. The foot bath or product used to soften the cuticles didn't have enough time to work, so it actually really hurt and felt like my cuticles were being plucked, I've never had this before and get pedicures regularly. The shaping and polish were really bad, as pictured. It took a really long time to dry as well and I'm not sure why the pedicure was done last and not first to give it time to dry (I originally thought it was gel so drying time never crossed my mind). The selling of products at the end really left a sour taste in my mouth also, the person who served me was lovely but I don't agree with paying money for a service and then the business using that as an opportunity to sell their products unsolicited.
