I was disappointed not to be given nail colours to select from prior to my appointment. I was then given them when in the dark treatment room and the finished colour was not what I had hoped for

I look forward to my visits; usually so relaxing which it what is often needed. In addition I found out this time that you still do manicures although this wasn't clear when I read your menu of services. It will be so much better than going to one of "fast processing" nail & feet shops that you hear so many bad reports about... I couldn't bring myself to even try one!

Therapist was nice but overly chatty throughout the micro facial I had recently and would prefer some quiet relaxing time

First time I've been to the store & not been overly pressured by your staff to purchase extra products after my treatment. Looks like you've finally listened Pure Indulgence! Thank you. Went in today for my last facial (of a series of 3 I purchased) & the treatment did not exactly match what I originally purchased which I find disappointing. You shouldn't sell them that way if your staff either don't remember what is included or your company can't deliver the same treatment over the time period the series are valid for.
