The treatment was lovely and therapist listened to my skin concerns and recommended suitable products. The waiting area wasn't nice, the only chair faces out into the shopping centre with a couple of stools in front of it for other guests, it used to be set up differently over the other side of the salon and had a much better feel.

Everything was good, the overall facial was lovely. I was just a bit disappointed that the treatment time wasn’t a full 50 mins. I booked for 3 pm. I got there 5 mins earlier and then I filled out forms and waited outside till about 3.12. Then was taken inside and had the actual consult in the room for another 5.10 Mins , then I got changed and the facial started after 3.20 and it was done by 3.58 pm. It was supposed to be 50 mins but if the therapists are running late or for whatever reason the treatment can’t begin on time, they should make sure they complete the full 50 mins. It felt very quick to me not surprising as I got about 35-40 mins of the facial. I have 2 more pre- purchased here so I wanted to take the time to send this feedback in hopes that the next 2 are a full 50 Mins. Thank you.

Having a treatment room at the front of the business, next to a noisy front desk and in the middle of an extremely noisy shopping centre, does not make for a very zen experience, regardless of how loud the ambient noise is. Everything else about the experience was lovely, but having a door that opened onto reception when laying on the bed, as well as the noise factor, diminished to overall relaxed feeling you like to have at the end of a pamper session.

During my appointment there was a very loud trades person talking which was quite frustrating considering it was for a relaxing massage and there was a huge sign that said quiet zone. Had the lovely lady providing the massage not been amazing and someone purchased the voucher for my experience I wouldn’t have been very pleased for the money paid. Outside of this the treatment rooms are very very small but a great massage and staff were lovely and friendly

The website needs to be updated quicker so it shows the months specials at 1st of the month. I rang to book a special in August and it was mid way in August and was told the special had finished end of July, 2014. So I did not book anything. The last visit I had was a gift. Therefore you have missed out on me booking something else in.

Beautiful salon and lovely staff. My theropist was very knowledgable and explanied very well about my skin type and how best to care for it, although she did chat a little too much about her own personal life during my visit which made it hard to relax. Very happy with her work though and overall a good experience/end result.
