The area outside the room was quite noisy during my visit - which was annoying whilst in the midst of a relaxing facial. There was also a knock at the door halfway through my treatment. I would appreciate more respectful interactions whilst treatments are occurring, e.g. don't engage in conversations with clients in the area between reception and the treatment rooms, if the door is shut don't knock or attempt to enter. My treatment was amazing, it was a shame the environment was not calm and peaceful.

Sara was so lovely and professional! She made sure I understood all the benefits of the treatment. I will steel have a few more sessions to see any results on my scaring, but iam so excited! I did needling!

The overall experience was lovely - but it is a little disappointing that you don't receive the full hour for the massage. In my experience I arrived well before my agreed appointment time but the treatment didn't commence until at least 10mins after the scheduled time. When the treatment was over I checked my watch and it was only 5 mins past the hour by which time I was clothed and I was walking out of the room.

Gabby was so caring and lovely!I cannot praise her enough! What an absolute gem! I feel so refreshed and relaxed, and she helped me pick some amazing products and step me through it all! Thank you Gabby. The lady who I asked to help me with where to put my trolley could have been nicer, i just didn't want to be a pain for other customers or even a room for ladies to put their trolleys could be helpful
