Laurel (Loz) from Garden City Upper Level makes my whole experience really special. She has magic hands and has a calming manner. I only rebooked because of the special experience she gave me. She doesn't pressure me to buy products - which I really appreciate and which some staff tend to do. the reception staff are also so friendly and helpful - makes for an all round, pleasurable and extremely relaxing experience.
