Was with waxing the eyebrows: When I asked for little more thin,then i got the answer that i hv to put effort to clean whole eyebrow line n instead of removing brow hair from top, this lady plucked bottom brow hairs. Also end oil rubbing was so heavy that i keep on getting black spots in eyes continued for few minutes after leaving the spa.

Room was freezing cold. There was no background noise so it was extremely quiet and could only hear myself and therapist breathing. Just felt awkward. Apart from the initial introduction and instruction to remove clothes and when we were done. I did not y with the therapist. I’d be more inclined to book again if she had a conversation e.g- ‘your glutes were really tight’ ‘you have a lot Of tension in your neck’ etc etc

Over priced! Girl didn't seem to know really what she was doing, room was stuffy and uncomfortable then the girl was pushy in trying to sell product, very off putting... I'll never go back.

I originally booked 2 appointments at Springfield Lakes for myself and friend. When we turned up to appointment we were told only one booking had been made and I could not have my treatment. I booked again in garden city for the 18th April but again was contacted on the morning to say that the therapist was ill. Which I understand cant be helped. I rebooked for 24th April at 9.30am. 1 replied to text to confirm. I turned up to appointment to be told that my appointment had to cancelled/ not on system. I was told I could have treatment at 10.30 which ment I had to rearrange my other appointments. At no point was I offered compensation for the inconvienced that was caused to me. I spent over 500 dollars in products in store.

I was very disappointed with my Total Body Indulgence massage. Firstly, it was not a full-body experience as advertised, but limited to a back massage. While the hot stones ritual and exfoliating back polish were satisfactory, it was never made clear that a full-body massage was not included. I left feeling underwhelmed and dissatisfied. I strongly recommend making this distinction explicit in the service menu to manage customer expectations. Unfortunately, I feel I wasted both my gift voucher and an hour of my time. As someone who works 50–60 hours a week, I specifically cleared my schedule for this treatment, only to leave feeling more stressed and uncomfortable than when I arrived.

I recently had a brow wax from Pure Indulgence Garden City. I pay the extra money to get it done there, so I am guaranteed a good job. The next day during daylight (Pure Indulgence rooms are always dark), I had a look at my eyebrows. I have stray eyebrow hairs everywhere! My brows look just as un-groomed as when I went in. I paid $25 for nothing and I have an event tomorrow so I have to pluck them myself now. Will definitely be going elsewhere.
