Caira the beautician very nice and experience. Just want to highlight my appreciation to staff who accommodated me for a facial. I was given a voucher as a gift for Christmas, but did not realise it had to be used at the store it was purchased from. This I found out after facial, but the Indooroopilly staff (Kat etc) honoured the voucher, therefore not receiving the benefit of the purchase. That was very good of them, I am sure that generosity will come back 10 fold. Thank you

Fantastic service. I do my face waxing, facials and pedicure. Kirti is wonderful and she provides a exceptional service.

Well I must say it was a cold welcoming and rushed service. No prep or questions were really asked and I was late in but rushed through the service. As I left to pay I was asked if I wanted a product without explanation of its use while being side eyed by two other staff behind the counter. It left me feeling very uneasy.

I was put in a broom cupboard size room with the bed up against wall, the facial was rough the towels used dry - I was told the sheets were put on wrong so I could not use sheet to cover myself. The beauty therapist left the room twice get things therefore unorganised pricing expensive but service just not up to standard any longer. Very disappointing.

Usually I am very happy with my treatment s here but today just seemed very rushed. I had a 9:30 appointment, went in at 9:35 into an extremely small room and was out at 9:48. I had brow tint and wax and a lash colour. I think $65 for 13mins was a bit much. The overall brow treatment I am extremely happy with but just hope the eyelash tint will last. Maybe the girl was very efficient l will have to wait and see but it definitely wasn’t my usual relaxed experience
