I’ve been a client of Pure Indulgence Garden City for some time and have always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately my facial today was actually awful. I was given a different therapist to the one I booked in with when making the appointment. When I questioned it, the new therapist just said “yeah I don’t handle the bookings”. My facial was quick and compared to my previous experiences didn’t include anywhere near as many “steps” and products. My skin feels awful. I’m going straight home to wash my face. I have left over cleanser and exfoliate still on my face. Really disappointed with this experience and am now questioning if I’ll ever go back.
