This was a special occasion which was below standard. I specifically booked 2 pedicures to be done together as a gift to my friend. On arrival was advised 2nd booking has been cancelled. We were held up at the desk whilst they rectified the issue. Then advised we would have our treatment time cut down as we were starting late. It was not our fault they started late. We were still charged for the full service. There was a lot of time spent telling us what they couldn't do (ah you have shellac so now I can't do a foot scrub) but if the time spent telling us negative things instead was spent just getting on with it we may have had a decent treatment time. Embarrassing as I bought as a gift. It will be hard to trust you guys again.

The overall experience was lovely - but it is a little disappointing that you don't receive the full hour for the massage. In my experience I arrived well before my agreed appointment time but the treatment didn't commence until at least 10mins after the scheduled time. When the treatment was over I checked my watch and it was only 5 mins past the hour by which time I was clothed and I was walking out of the room.

I look forward to my visits; usually so relaxing which it what is often needed. In addition I found out this time that you still do manicures although this wasn't clear when I read your menu of services. It will be so much better than going to one of "fast processing" nail & feet shops that you hear so many bad reports about... I couldn't bring myself to even try one!

Usually my treatments are with Anna, but Anna has been moved up to management - YAY. Congratulations. you deserve it :) Due to not being able to book in any other day i had my same treatment with a lady named Hayley. I was worried at first to be seeing a new beauty therapist, but i was extremley happy with my treatment and the result. Hayley made me very comfortable and made sure i was happy and content with my service. Thank you very much Hayley. If i cant get in with Anna it is good to know i have a second amazing beauty therapist.
