I have just had a terrible experience in Garden city today with rude staff. Changed the menu I booked because it’s different from what I usually do, and told me that because they thought I made a mistake without confirming with me first. Water dripped on the back of my neck from my face. I had to ask for a towel to wipe it, but the lady just put the towel on my neck and kept quiet the whole time, with no answer and no apologies. After the treatment, I didn't purchase the product she recommended, she gave me an annoyed look and was rude to me during the entire transaction.

I have contacted the salon with a complaint and sent photos of issue. Not good enough response from Store manager to be honest unfortunately.

I've had many micros done before but never in such a short time, my face doesn't feel soft and moisturised like it normally does after a facial. I usually feel glowing for sever days but not with this facial

I did not receive the facial or experience I asked for. I asked the lady to have black heads removed and my face deep cleaned. I paid $115 for a service I didn't get or wanted. I wanted a facial not my face, chest, back and feet rubbed and a few little face washes. Massive rip off not happy at all.

I felt like I was doing the lady a favour by being a customer she never spoke more than 3 words to me as a customer i would appreciate being told what you are using. When asked if I would like a water she never gave on she took payment and walked away. I expected A better service from pure indulgence, very out of character for this salon.

The rooms are very small as well as the beds and towels they use to cover people making the treatment not very comfortable. The beds are not level and also not very comfortable especially the hole where your head sits. The treatment itself was a little painful in parts and not very relaxing. I also think the rooms could be darker for a little more mood lighting.
