Emma who performed my lash lift was amazing she did amazing work! However i was a tad annoyed the fact i received a gift voucher and it was classed as "expired" and i was only able to claim 50% of the value - i respect the fact the T&C said 36 month however there was no expiry date listed on the card (which is not my fault at all). If the system can be manually adjusted to accept 50% it could be accepted to be used for 100% of the value in this instance i believe the full valued should of been honored as the lady on who took my payment wasn't even able to tell when the card was purchased.
