I booked my appointment online and was phoned on the morning of the appointment asking if I could come 40 minutes earlier, which I agreed to. When I arrived I was waiting for 5 minutes to be greeted as the two people on the counter were busy (one with a customer in store, and the other on the phone). Then, after completing paperwork and having an initial consultation with the beautician my treatment finally began (25 minutes after my arrival time and 15 minutes ahead of my original appointment time). The treatment itself was good, although the beautician kept saying it was "just 30 minutes" for the treatment as if that was not long enough to be able to provide a thorough enough experience. I'm not entirely sure why she kept referencing the time. The treatment itself was enjoyable but it felt a little rushed due to the late start time, and the 'hard sell' of products at the end was unnecessary. Spa treatments are expensive and a rare treat, especially with the current cost-of-living crisis. Please do a little better at managing time and making clients feel at ease for the whole time they are in store.
