Very unhappy with how my brows were waxed. A 'tidy up' of my thick eyebrows doesn't mean wax/pluck them until they are thin and uneven. Will not be returning or recommending Pure Indulgence to others for beauty treatments.

Staff audibly loud in corridors throughout 1.5hr massage (which only went for an 1hr 15 with many breaks between). Very disjointed “experience”. Staff lovely demeanour & personable.

The last time I did pedicure there was wonderful, a perfect result, the staff (I don't remember her name, unfirtunatelly) smoothened my foot so well, nail polish perfect done, nails shaped correctly. But this time, I told the staff that my foot needed to be smoothen very well, she did it just a little, without strength, the shape of the nails is bad, the nail polish is bad, everything got a really low quality.

I hate to be that person, and I want to be clear that this is in no way a reflection on the lovely staff member who treated me today—she was professional and did a great job. This was my second visit to Pure Indulgence Chermside. My first experience was absolutely wonderful—peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed, which is why I was so excited to return. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit (a Wednesday afternoon), I found it really difficult to relax. Despite the calming music in the room, all I could hear were two women nearby—possibly staff—engaged in a loud and ongoing conversation filled with laughter. It was incredibly distracting, and I struggled to enjoy the facial and neck/shoulder massage, which was otherwise beautiful. I'm not sure why this has unsettled me so much, but I think it's because I know how deeply relaxed I felt during my first visit—something that stood out to me compared to other salons I’ve been to. That’s what made this contrast so disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended. I truly love your treatments and would love to come back again—but for me, the quiet, calming atmosphere is just as important as the treatment itself. I suppose it’s in the name pure indulgence that I just didn’t relate to today.

The girl at the desk who greeted me was really lovely and welcoming but the girl who provided the treatment just seemed like she couldn't be bothered. I'm not sure if this is her usual personality or if she was just having a bad day. There was no warmth to her, it was kind of like...ok let's just get this done!
