I was so scared and nervous about getting a haircut (haven't been to a hairdresser in >4 years as I either couldn't afford a nice salon or else the cheaper hairdressers butchered my hair and I hated it). Kieren took excellent care of me and made me feel relaxed about my decision to chop off about 20cm of hair and get bangs for the first time in my life. I'm getting used to the cut but everyone around me loves it so I have to congratulate him on his work. Thankyou so much :)
