Always a wonderful experience when going to get my hair done at OV. Have known Oscar & Vince for many, many years now! Oscar has been my hairdresser for many years & would not go to anyone else to get my hair done (have been elewhere & have been disappointed). The staff are always so friendly, courteous & professional. Love the welcome feeling you get when you walk in. The coffee & homemade biscuits are delicious & when the ocassion arises, a glass of wine or bubbly is just as great!

I feel like I was given some really great advice on what to do with my hair, but the actual cut and styling is awful. I've never cried after a haircut before, but I did today. I'm still upset. The style is definitely not me, not something I'd have chosen and definitely not what I was expecting. I lost a good foot of hair today and walked out feeling like I should be back in the 80's. This is not a style I feel suits who I am, nor do I think it's one I am likely to be able to maintain myself. My hair is crunchy with product and I hate it.

As always a wonderful experience received at OV. I feel like I am part of the family when I go there. No false pretenses, the staff are all well informed with the latest products on the market. I was even given a shampoo/conditioner trail pack to take home to try. The apprentice colouring my hair (and then went on to shampoo it also), asked if she could use a new shampoo/conditioner & toner product that the salon is trialing out, as my hair was the perfect length & type that they needed for this product - it left my hair so shiny/glossy & light weight!! I look forward to my next visit in 10 weeks!
