Been going here for a long time and love this Salon and the staff. Just one complaint, although the new (brunette) apprentice does a great head massage, I have now had several hair washes which have been complete torture. Could even result in me going elsewhere as I now actually dread this part of the experience. I am really not prone to complaint, but as constructive feedback she might be asked to slow down, be more gentle, remember long nails dragged briskly through wet hair really hurts.....and a little smile and chat is always nice too! Otherwise love love the salon and staff.
