Hi I wanted to share my experience from Saturday. I was at the salon for two hours and was just booked in for a cut. I mentioned at the beginning of the appointment what I wanted (tidy up, and heaps of weight taken out of my hair), and that I would like it straightened, as I had a wedding to go to. When I left two hours later, I still had a lot of weight left in my hair, and it seems as though the right side is longer than the left. I had to leave because I had the wedding to go to and couldn't be late! I was disappointed and was quite anxious after all that time in the salon. I know the hairdresser was a graduate, but I had not anticipated that it would take two hours for a cut, especially because I have had such fantastic service from your salon in the past. Don't get me wrong, I will return because I think you're great, but I just wanted to register my disappointment with this haircut. Thanks.

sometimes hard to convey what you want esoecially with colour, seem adverse to taking the plunge

music was too heavy for first thing in the morning. The head massage was irritating. I just wanted my head washed and dried, and to leave. Sorry, but I was grumpy during the appointment! Not a great morning, but staff we really friendly, and lovely.

saw elyse for a treatment she was pretty damn good for the amount of time i saw her which should have been longer for $40 but apart from not being long enough it was pretty good and i might be back again for a cut

I am usually very satisfied by the service however this time I have been disappointed that I have been charged a full haircut rate while only having literally a 2min trim.
