I find the prices are way too high and overprized. I paid $354 for a haircut and foil 1/2 head and treatment - i have neither long nor grey hair. I dont think i could recommend those prices to friends and family and I am unsure if I am able to come back much... I am coming to miss gertrude since its opening days.

I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time - no idea why I have to be on time but tend to wait a long time before the service starts. There was no explanation and no apology for this. This is not the first time that it has happened.

Shampoo lady massaged my head after she had rinsed off the conditioner. Yes, it was uncomfortable as her knuckles kept tugging at my hair. I thought my hair was going to break! Cheryl is so lovely and attentive to my needs

First time I have had a cut appt without getting a wash. Still charged the full $90, but only got a dry cut. Great cut. Love Gav's work, but feel as though I shouldn't have paid for full appt if no wash included.

I've been going there for some time because of a particular employee, but each time I think to myself will be the last time, purely because I think $120 is too much for a standard mono-colour. Other than that the service is great.
