Comment
Carmen was very professional, engaging and listened to my ideas about what I wanted for my hair. She checked in with me throughout my hair cut to make sure I was happy with the way it was going - which I was. I felt comfortable in the atmosphere of Miss Gertrude and genuinely enjoyed the experience.
