Hi I wanted to share my experience from Saturday. I was at the salon for two hours and was just booked in for a cut. I mentioned at the beginning of the appointment what I wanted (tidy up, and heaps of weight taken out of my hair), and that I would like it straightened, as I had a wedding to go to. When I left two hours later, I still had a lot of weight left in my hair, and it seems as though the right side is longer than the left. I had to leave because I had the wedding to go to and couldn't be late! I was disappointed and was quite anxious after all that time in the salon. I know the hairdresser was a graduate, but I had not anticipated that it would take two hours for a cut, especially because I have had such fantastic service from your salon in the past. Don't get me wrong, I will return because I think you're great, but I just wanted to register my disappointment with this haircut. Thanks.

Jess was great! I'm always so bad at explaining what I want in a haircut but she just got it. And everyone there was super lovely. I'm very happy with my haircut and overall experience.

My only complaint are basins which are brutal on the neck. Otherwise everything else is great.

Corey is truely Amazing! I look forward to my time with Corey. He's always so joyful, professional and delivers such fantastic colour that looks really natural. I always leave with beautiful fresh hair. Thank you for blow drying my hair perfectly even though l was headed to the kebab shop on the way home!! Ha ha.
