Hi, I didn’t want to have to leave this feedback as I really liked my stylist and she’s given me a great cut. On the colour though we agreed to reach something as close as possible to the attached image and what I’ve ended up with is something extremely strawberry and much darker than I thought we were going for. It’s almost a light mauve rather than a very subtle strawberry blonde. I’d be happy to send an image of my colour as it is now for reference but am not happy with it. I know the stylist had the best intentions but I don’t feel she listened and responded appropriately to my request for slight change. Thanks

I always super happy with my visits. Going from black hair to blonde is something I've done a few times in the past, but this is the only time I've kept so much hair and been talked through the best options etc for such a big change. I always trust Libby's advice and she has never led me wrong!

Carmen is a legend! Her technique, advice (post visit styling and product) and multi tasking banter are amazing - she even hooked up an apprentice to mind my babe during my visit! Not to mention the fact my new hair is rad! Definitely worth the road trip from Torquay! Thank you a million times over xx
