I normally see Jess, but she was booked out on the day i wanted to get my hair cut. So this time i saw Eri, and she was fantastic. I spoke to her about where i wanted to go with my hair, and ideas i had. She listened and guided me which was fantastic. She made my ideas come to life, and also gave styling advice and product advice. Every time i visit Miss Gertrude i always leave happy and confident to book my next appointment.

I love coming here. Your staff are friendly, helpful and manage my hair well. The only issue are the mirrors which are hung too high for someone who is sitting down. This means the join between the main and border mirrors cuts right across your face making it difficult to see the cut as it progresses or when speaking with the cutter.

This time I had Nic cut my hair. Usually I have jess cut my hair. Both Nic and Jess are very professional and interesting people in their own right. Always so friendly and interested in what I say. They listen to what I want and take into consideration what I will be doing for work, so that my hair is not an issue. All the staff are friendly, reception is always attentive.
