I come to Melbourne every 6-8 weeks from Queensland and always have my hair cut by Jezz. This time I had by a mistake from your side been booked in with Jens. Since this was my only free time I had no choice. I thought some kind of recognition of the mistake from your side would have been appropriate.

Jess is a fantastic, talented and friendly stylist. I have recommended her & Miss Gertrude and will continue to do so. The nice woman who washed my hair today was a little too rough, but generally all staff are very friendly and professional.

As always, the team at Miss Gertrude did an incredible job on my bleach/pink toner! The bleach is super high quality and never irritates my scalp and the experience in the salon is always amazing! I love the perks like the free hair treatment for your birthday!
