Shannon is lovely - great cut and colour! The only thing I'd like more of is explanation of process/what I can expect as the first result and process to get to the further end result I'm hoping for (colour over time). I had to ask a lot of questions to try to understand. I also asked if the keratin treatment was K18 (which I have at home - but maybe you use a salon version) and was told no, but then could see the bottle was that (and smelled just like it!), so was a bit confused about that.

Absolute joy to visit this salon! Fabulous products, comforting vibe and chill energy with music just the right volume and the team having fun. My hair looks fantastic! Couldn't recommend this place more. Great coffee too!

Jayd is incredibly skilled at her craft, she cut my hair exactly how I envisioned it and gave the most knowledgeable advice on how to work with my hair instead of against it. I can’t wait to see her again for a refresh!

Jayd is the absolute best! She was my hair dresser back in Wellington and sadly moved over the ditch. When we booked our holiday I just had to go and get my hair done with her. The salon is lovely, the staff are friendly and the service just fantastic. I loved the free prosecco and popcorn. My partner waited at the bar across the road and loved my hair as much as I did. Thank you!
