Jess is the best hairdresser I have ever been to. I went in for a pretty dramatic change and she knew exactly what I wanted, made it happen and had me fully informed on what I was asking that couldn't be done/wouldn't work, or what I didn't want that I actually needed. I absolutely love this cut and would recommend Jess's professionalism, approachable nature, skill and experience to anyone! Cheers, H
