This was my first visit to Miss Gertrude, and I was going for a big chop, so I was anxious. I've had some disastrous hair cuts in the past! Kieran was fantastic, though. He checked in with me along the way to make sure I was happy with how the cut was shaping up, and adapted my reference photo brilliantly to work with my hair type and the undercut I walked in with. The cut turned out great and I'm really happy with it. I'll definitely be back!

Had my hair cut and styled by lovely Katie! I live the other side of the city but this is the salon I trust to do a good cut with my hair. I’m very particular about how it’s cut. I always take pictures which helps. Katie was very professional and listened to what I wanted. We also had a good laugh. Coffee is good! Oh and not to forget my lovely hair wash and head massage which was fab! Thank you 🙏🏼

Fantastic experience every time I come in. I had a cut with Shannon for the first time today, I'm extremely happy with it, best cut I've ever had and I will see her again (although every cut I have had in the past here has been great). Very happy.
