I have been a client of Leanne's for nearly 8 years and I love your services. However, on my last visit a young girl who was "finishing off" my colour dropped a large blob of hair dye on my sleeve, which has left a large stain. As a result I can no longer wear this top anymore!!

For my first visit to Miss Gertrude, I felt instantly very happy with my choice of salon! The staff are very welcoming, and my stylist spent time chatting with me about my cut and options, which was very helpful. I've had past experiences where I've felt rushed or as though I wasn't being listened to, but this was not the case at Miss Gertrude. I'm really happy with my haircut, which was a pretty dramatic change for me! But it was executed perfectly, so I'm really pleased and will definitely return.

Carmen is such a great hairdresser. She really knows her stuff, she's a great listener and she is so focused on her work. I've had a cut and a colour from her and I couldn't be happier.

The Gertrude staff kindly fitted me in when I only had a short amount of time to get my hair done. Now my hair looks gorgeous, seriously the colour is perfect, AND I got out in time to get to my meeting on time.

Carmen was BRILLIANT! That woman completely transformed my hair colour whilst being super gentle, giving amaaaazing advice regarding aftercare for my scalp post treatment today, not to mention her head massages. I couldn't concentrate on my book after that! I'm usually apprehensive when trying something new however there was no need to worry today. I'm really looking forward to returning! THANK YOU X
