Very happy with my haircut from Jess today. I always book with her and walk out of the salon feeling confident. She is very communicative and listens to what I want to do with my hair. I wouldn’t have anyone else cut my hair. Miss Gertrude is a wonderful salon with good energy, lovely staff and my favourite!

I’ve loved going to Miss Gertrude for over 3 years now. The staff are fantastic and very attentive, and I always walk out feeling great about my haircut! The only thing I would like to see change is the basins where they wash your hair....they are SO uncomfortable on the neck and it’s hard to enjoy the lovely head massage. Some more comfortable/padded sinks would be a great change. Otherwise a fabulous salon!

NIcole is amazing, she goes above expectations to ensure I walk out feeling amazing. Highly recommend for both colour and cut.
