Comment
once again, you have done a terrific job. I love the receptionist, your diligence in contacting me and reorganising my appointments after Nicole's departure, and the cut and colour results are fabulous. It did take a long time and I prefer colour first but this was a special case so was willing to put up with discomfort of being at the basin for so long and sitting in the chair for over 3 hours. The staff were attentive and sensitive to my needs. Thanks for the tea and biscuit, and for refilling my glass of water.
