Wash & head massage could have been more relaxing. Experience at hair wash was a bit disjointed and massage was not relaxing / smooth

Shannon is lovely - great cut and colour! The only thing I'd like more of is explanation of process/what I can expect as the first result and process to get to the further end result I'm hoping for (colour over time). I had to ask a lot of questions to try to understand. I also asked if the keratin treatment was K18 (which I have at home - but maybe you use a salon version) and was told no, but then could see the bottle was that (and smelled just like it!), so was a bit confused about that.

I have had two cuts by Shannon now and loved them both. I really appreciated Shannon's advise prior to the cut as well. Will go back again and again.

I only had a short appointment to discuss what to do with my hair next. I was warmly welcomed and offered a beverage and treated very well. I also got very good advice and will get a haircut and perm soon. I recommend this place.

My cut and colour are consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and considerate. Pricey, but I still keep coming back.
