I just feel so comfortable coming to Miss Gertrude. All the staff are wonderful. Everyone treats you beautifully, it is a wonderful experience. Corey (colourist to the stars) and Carmen(stunning stylist) are a great team. I laugh and come out looking gorgeous. What else could I want.

Kate is the best! She is the first hairdresser in my whole life that doesn't make me want to cry or never cut my hair again when I leave! She actually listens to what I want, and will give helpful advice on the best options for me - and doesn't just do whatever it is that she wants (like I have experienced in the past at other salons). In addition she is friendly, tries to make it fun and always ensures my comfortability. Miss Gertrude in general is an awesome place to go, they really take care of you there and it has a really nice atmosphere.

I really appreciated the birthday special blow-wave and treatment. It made me feel very special, and I love that Gertrudes provides these thoughtful touches. They go to great lengths to make their salon feel like a community. Plus, my hair still looks good!

As usual the service was very good at the salon. The staff at reception are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the stylist is professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend the salon to family and friends except that they live on the opposite side of town so it would not be convenient for them.
