This place goes out of its way to welcome you. Service is prompt and friendly. My stylist always takes time and care each visit to produce exactly what I want, as well as tempting me into some new ideas. Could not be happier!

Incredible salon, everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment walked through the door. Giovanni is an amazingly skilled stylist and would recommend him, and the rest of the staff at Miss Gertrude, to everyone.

There maybe 20 plus hairdressers one minute from where I live but I have no hesitation to travel across town to this gem! I have been nicely 'stalking' John the owner for years as he moved from one salon to another, as no one understands how to cut my hair better! His gorgeous personality doesn't hurt either! Kate - my colorist - has been a new discovery. Gorgeous, fun, considerate, she puts you at ease immediately and comes up with a strategy for your hair. She knows what colours compliment an individual and works toward the perfect colour. Love this salon and would highly recommend (and do) to others!
