Always an excellent experience. Reception is warm and welcoming and tea, yummy coffee or lemon water are offered immediately. The head massages with the wash are worth the visit alone, then the excellent cut, style, chat all with more drinks of choice. The space is wonderfully, casually elegant and understated and the products luxurious. I always look forward to my visits and always leave feeling wonderful.
