Eri is a great amazing and wonderful stylist, she always takes her time when cutting your hair, listens to you and the cuts always grow out so well, a good sign of an exceptional haircut, highly recommend

Just arrived in Melbourne and finding a new hairdresser can be a pain. Great experience at Miss Gertrude. Friendly ladies and my haircut looks just like the picture I showed as an example. Will definitely be coming back again.

Miss Gertrude's staff are always pleasant, courteous, helpful who ensure all clients are looked after properly. Clients cannot provide negative feedback as there isn't any. It is a great salon that provides fantastic service.
