I always feel comfortable and relaxed at Miss Gertrude, the staff offer coffee, tea or mineral water and bring you magazines before you ask, there's a toilet within the salon - no wandering through a shopping center in your foils, I never feel that I have been over sold products, and I always leave happy with both my cut and colour.

First visit to Ms Gertrude and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Chantelle did a fabulous wash, head massage and blow dry and Libby did a fantastic cut! Also loved the beautiful smelling products. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
