I was happy with the service but really unimpressed with how my hair turned out. The foils/balliage were not noticeable nor was the trim. I walked out 3 hours after arrival looking much the same as how I had arrived. The colourist offered to fix the colour as he acknowledge it was not noticeable but I couldn't be bothered waiting any longer. I was overwhelmed by the cost $265. Will not return.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my haircut, which is difficult because the hairdresser was so lovely. I don’t think he understands contemporary hair styles. I wanted to keep my hair long but now have very short layers. I now have The Rachel, a hair cut popular in the late 90s. For $180 I’m devastated and will now have to spend more money at another salon getting it fixed - a cunty bob (I doubt the hairdresser even knows what that means). The space was cold with horrible techno music. There was only one other client and I should have known this was not a successful popular salon. I’d love a partial refund but doubt that’s an option.

I don't enjoy spending $98 on a 25 minute haircut that looks terrible. The hairdresser seemed like a nice person trying their best but if I wanted to be misinterpreted, get no advice and walk out with a terrible hair style I would have gone to Just Cuts and saved myself some money. I feel swindled. Fuck it, next time I am going to Just Cuts.
