You knowwww what I liked about my Miss Gertrude experience? I received the same attention, service + relative time for my simple trim, as the lady across from me who was getting a full cut/colour/style. There was nothing pushy or sneaky. Just good vibes and I felt very comfortable in Kristy's hands! Hoorah!
